The ancient god of the sea that originally created Auguste's ocean. He possesses part of the Omnipotent's power and created all life in the sea. In the ocean his divine power is nigh unmatchable. Planning to sink the skies into his waters, he created Neruko to be the singularity of the sea and disguised himself as a turtle to manipulate the residents of the Dragon Palace. At the root of his actions was the desire to be together with others, which is why he allowed the residents much freedom when he could. He has now been accepted by his former victims and is spending his time in the palace as Turtlestache. He has recently gotten into sunbathing.
