The Zilantos Army's strategist. Tasked by the king to keep Luhua under observation. Though he seems respectable on the surface, he is in fact dangerously insane. His tactics make clear his utter disregard for mortal life. He is also a talented magic user, and has developed his own peculiar spells, such as one to turn a person into a walking time bomb, and, conversely, one to temporarily staunch a major wound and mask its pain. Fascinated by Luhua's supernatural strength, he has secretly been trying to develop biological weapons modeled after Luhua.
