Priorities

Prioritize Critical Hit and C.A. DMG. Next, take their EMP Support Skill (it rarely activates, but they don't have many good EMPs and the effect is excellent when it does activate).

Since they're mostly used in long full-auto battles, DEF and HP are other candidates.
