Provides a unique and permanent local 10% ATK Down and 10% DEF Down with a high accuracy. Strong teamwide undispellable defensive buff in IsthmiaDebuff resistance is boosted / DMG taken is lowered / Normal attack and C.A. DMG dealt is partially absorbed to HP (Can't be removed) Duration: 5 turns.
