| The primal beast of arbitration, created two thousand years ago in the Astral Realm. Because the Astrals who created Cosmos were wary of Lucifer and wanted arbitration to happen as fairly and objectively as possible, they kept her hidden away in the Astral Realm. When her duplicate appeared before Lucifer after the War, the original Cosmos's consciousness was cut off from the Sky Realm. Later on, surrogates such as Zooey and Geo automatically manifested in the Sky Realm to carry out arbitration in Cosmos's place. |
