Synergy

Despite being best suited to quick battles and burst damage, Pengy can somewhat be adapted to endurance content by using Revive to mitigate her primary drawback. She'll return with 10 P-EN1 is consumed upon normal attacks / Deals bonus DMG / When 0: Countdown starts at end of turn (Can't be removed)
allowing you to almost double her utility in situations where you're able to spare a subskill slot.

Priorities

First off, to increase her ATK power, you want to take her Skill DMG Cap (★3×2), then her C.A. DMG Cap (★3×2) and afterwards her C.A. DMG (★3×1).

For the final points, invest in either her Critical (★3×1) or Attack (★2×1+★1×1)
