Chapter 56 (58/72) Quest: Baker and the Merrymaker - 2-4 per quest (30 AP). Consistently 4 with 2x Kaguya + drop rate buffs.
Chapter 59 Quest: Rocket Raid - 0-3 per quest (22 AP). Also drops Prosperity Flame and Explosive Material. The rare monster on this stage (Steam Gunner G28) drops 3 steel liquid consistently, so bringing a Belle Sylphid as a main or friend summon is advised.
Chapter 59 Quest: On the Road to Recovery - 1-6 per quest (50 AP). Also drops Iron Cluster.
