Gamewith's recommended build for Luffy.

Priorities

Prioritize Skill DMG Cap Up and C.A. DMG Up. Even though his Extended Master Support Skill has a low chance of triggering, it's worth taking it because activating his damage skills twice is so powerful.

Since Luffy can be used for long full-auto battles, you can take DEF and HP to increase his durability. If you want to increase his firepower, you can take ATK or Critical.
