This is a Category listing all characters with a rarity of Rare. Rare characters are identified by a bronze shield next to their name that sports the letter R.

While vital for forming parties of varying needs when starting out, Rare characters are often replaced in late-game parties with Super Rare and Super Super Rare characters. Clever players, however, will find uses for specific Rare characters, and many are still valuable in parties with specific strategies.
