About Self-Service Item Retrieval

Accidentally reduce, reserve, or sell an important summon? Used an already uncapped weapon to uncap instead of the 0★ copy?
Items lost due to being mistakenly sold, reduced, or reserved can be restored through the in-game item retrieval service.

Item Retrieval Rules

  • Lost items are retrievable for up to 24 hours from their conversion.
  • Retrieving an item will not restore weapon skills gained by using a power-up item.
  • After starting the retrieval process, there will be a processing interval of one minute during which other retrievals can't be started.
  • Items converted via auto-sell, auto-reduce, or auto-reserve can't be retrieved.
  • Retrieved items will be sent to the Time Limit tab of the crate and available for 7 days before disappearing.

Accessing Item Retrieval

  3. Scroll down and click on "Contact"
  4. Scroll down and click on "お問い合わせ"

About Item Rollbacks

With the self-service retrieval feature implementation, most item rollback requests will no longer be available via customer support for mistakenly sold, reduced, or reserved items. For items that are excluded from self-service retrieval, it is possible to file a Support ticket and request an Item Rollback.

Item Rollback Rules

Support can refuse a rollback if it falls under any of the following:

  • More than 8 days have passed[1]
  • Reversing more than 2 actions[2]
  • Reversing "paid content" (e.g. gacha draws)
  • Reversing obtained characters or character uncaps that result in Journal entries
  • Item effect has already been activated (e.g. Journey Drops, Over Mastery rings)
  • Reversing 2+ items lost from crate expiration (only one can be returned, so please specify which)
  • Reversing actions where they can't respond, like ballot voting, changing birthdate, changing nickname

Rollback Limitations

Every account is officially limited to one rollback per account, so be certain the item a rollback is being requested for is important enough to use a once-only rollback on.

  • Due to the implementation of the Self-Service Item Retrieval, the rollback limit no longer resets yearly during the game's anniversary in March.

If filing a rollback request for an item that was accidentally reduced or sold, there must be sufficient materials and rupies in the player's inventory necessary to "refund" the original reduction or sale.

  • For example, if Beelzebub was reduced then a player must have at least Dark Quartz ×200, Rainbow Prism ×10 and Flawless Prism ×20 in their inventory, which will be removed when the reduction is rolled back and Beelzebub restored.
  • It is not necessary to have the exact same materials obtained from a reduction or sale. For example, it is acceptable to have used the original Dark Quartz ×200 from reducing Beelzebub to uncap a weapon, but the player will need to obtain another Dark Quartz ×200 from somewhere else in order for a rollback to successfully complete.

Support Form Filing

1. Contact Email

Support will respond to requests through the e-mail specified here, so ensure the e-mail address used is one that can be accessed!

  • Choose the top option to use the e-mail registered with the account (a censored abbreviation of the e-mail will be in "Your e-mail")
  • Choose the bottom option to specify a different e-mail. If this option is chosen, a box will appear to input the desired address

2. Issue Description

Requests MUST be filed in Japanese!

Attempting to file a support ticket in any other language will result in a response asking for the ticket to be re-filed in Japanese.

  • In the first drop down (under グランブルーファンタジー) select "要望について"
  • Fill the ゲームアイテム名 box with「ITEM NAME IN JAPANESE」
This box is supposed to have the name of the item in Japanese. The Japanese name of weapons and summons can be found under the Other Data tab, such as with Bahamut#Other_Data.
  • The 状況(レベル・ステータスなど) box can be left empty.

3. Issue Date

  • Under 問題発生日時, if the approximate date and time of the action to be reversed is known, check the circle next to the date drop downs and fill in the time/date as appropriate. All dates and times should be in JST, using military time.
    • Left drop down is for month
    • Middle drop down is for day
    • Right drop down is for hour
  • If time is unknown, check the circle next to "不明".

4. Details

Requests MUST be filed in Japanese!

Attempting to file a support ticket in any other language will result in a response asking for the ticket to be re-filed in Japanese.

This box should contain the exact details of the rollback request. The templates below can be copied for simple queries.

  • If an item was accidentally reduced:
    運営様へ,この度はアイテムの巻き戻し対応を要望するために連絡させていただきました。「ITEM NAME IN JAPANESE」を誤ってエレメント化してしまいました。出来ればそれの巻き戻し対応をお願いします。
  • If an item was accidentally reserved:
    運営様へ,この度はアイテムの巻き戻し対応を要望するために連絡させていただきました。「ITEM NAME IN JAPANESE」を誤ってリサイクルしてしまいました。出来ればそれの巻き戻し対応をお願いします。
  • If an item was accidentally sold:
    運営様へ,この度はアイテムの巻き戻し対応を要望するために連絡させていただきました。「ITEM NAME IN JAPANESE」を誤って売却してしまいました。出来ればそれの巻き戻し対応をお願いします。
  • If an item was accidentally uncapped:
運営様へ,この度はアイテムの巻き戻し対応を要望するために連絡させていただきました。誤って「ITEM USED TO UNCAP, IN JAPANESE」を「ITEM UNCAPPED, IN JAPANESE」の「UNCAP LEVEL」凸上限解放に使ってしまいました。

For other inquiries, users not fluent in Japanese may submit machine-translated requests. It is recommended to keep sentences short in order to reduce the possibility of translation error.

Template Notes

  • 「ITEM NAME IN JAPANESE」「ITEM UNCAPPED, IN JAPANESE」
See Issue Description for how to find the Japanese name of items
  • 「 ITEM USED TO UNCAP, IN JAPANESE」
EN JP
Damascus Ingot
Gold Brick
Sunlight Stone
  • 「UNCAP LEVEL」
Replace with the level uncapped to. For example, if Evanescence was uncapped to 4★, this should be replaced with 4.

Response

If a rollback request can be honored, support will send an e-mail reply to the address specified. Outside of holidays like Golden Week, responses are generally prompt, so check spam filters if no reply has been received within a few days.

If the rollback is possible, the reply may ask for confirmation of the request with something along the lines of:

お客さまが「巻き戻し対応」をご希望の場合、エレメント化によって獲得したトレジャーを回収したうえでよろしければ、該当する装備をリストへ返却する対応を行わせていただきます

If a confirmation is required, reply with:

迅速な対応感謝します。今回の巻き戻しの件はそちらが調査した内容で間違いありません。そちらが述べた対応でお願いします。よろしくお願いします。

Notes and References

  1. ↑ There are certain rollback requests that bypass this rule, such as if a single-copy weapon like Flohrenberk was reduced back when that was still possible. Do not expect rollback requests for Grand weapons reduced years ago to be approved.
  2. ↑ For example, using a Damascus Ingot to 3★ a weapon, then items to 4★. Support will not undo the 4★ and return the original Ingot.
