NEON's recommended EMP build for Cerberus.

Priorities

Max C.A. DMG first as she can Charge Attack frequently due to her high TA rate. After that, take Dark ATK, Skill DMG, and then put 1 point in each ATK node to increase her offensive power. Although her debuffs have rather high base accuracy, the Debuff Success node should be taken to even further maximize chances of landing said debuffs. Healing, HP, and/or DEF can be taken if she is often being used in long battles but consider replacing them with more ATK nodes for shorter battles.
