Overview

Feower, the second of the debuff specialist Eternals, brings to the table a unique skillset that is notably niche, but performs exceptionally in content where it's actually needed.

Strengths

  • Possesses a unique arsenal of debuffs through Ability Gammadion Cross.png Gammadion Cross2-hit, 300% Water damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~313,000 per hit).
    Inflict one random debuff.
    At level 55:
    Effect enhanced.
    At level 85:
    Now inflicts two random debuffs.
and Ability m 1456 1.png Carnage4-hit Water damage to random foes (Damage cap: ~155,000 per hit).

    At level 75:

    At level 95:

Also removes 1 buff on all foes.
    .
  • Able to extend key buffs through Ability ExtendTime.png AviratiExtend the duration of all allies' buffs by 1 turn. (Excludes 1-turn buffs.)
    At level 130:
All allies also gain two random buffs.

, boosting his debuff success rate and resetting the cooldowns of his first two skills up to four times in total. This, combined with the multi-hit nature of his first two skills, increases his value in content with trials requiring the player to deal damage x times in one turn.

Weaknesses

  • Does not provide anything particularly useful or necessary for racing content.
  • Low personal damage outside of his skill spam.

How to Play

The following writeup assumes Feower has been fully uncapped and leveled to 100 - he isn't particularly useful at 4★ and chances are players have a viable substitute for his niche role.

  • Ability Gammadion Cross.png Gammadion Cross2-hit, 300% Water damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~313,000 per hit).
    Inflict one random debuff.
    At level 55:
    Effect enhanced.
    At level 85:
    Now inflicts two random debuffs.
deals two hits of damage and inflicts two random debuffs from a small selection. Thanks to its low cooldown, this skill can and should be spammed to increase the chances of landing a useful debuff such as Status Forfeit.pngForfeitDMG taken is boosted / DMG dealt is lowered
    or Status Paralysis Purple.pngParalyzedCan't attack
This type of Paralysis is on a separate resistance counter
than the normal (yellow) Paralysis debuff.
    .
  • Ability m 1456 1.png Carnage4-hit Water damage to random foes (Damage cap: ~155,000 per hit).
Inflict Status Gravity.pngGravitySpecial attack max charge turn is extended
    Base Accuracy: 100%

    At level 75:
    Damage increased.
    At level 95:
Number of hits increased to 6.
Also removes 1 buff on all foes.
deals six hits of damage, inflicts Status Gravity.pngGravitySpecial attack max charge turn is extended
on all foes, and removes one buff from them as well. While a niche skill in normal content, the AoE Gravity's usefulness is not to be underestimated in raids such as Lucilius HL.
  • Ability ExtendTime.png AviratiExtend the duration of all allies' buffs by 1 turn. (Excludes 1-turn buffs.)
    At level 130:
All allies also gain two random buffs.
extends all allies' buffs by a turn, allowing for an additional turn of key buffs.
  • Ability Four-Sky's Sorrow.png Four-Sky's SorrowGain Status Holy Haste 4.pngHoly HasteDebuff success rate is boosted / Next DMG skill used gets instant cooldown (Uses 1 Holy Haste)
    Strength: 100%Duration: Indefinite
, boosting debuff success rate by 100% and instantly end the cooldown of a damaging skill upon use up to 4 times.
    (Can't recast.)
allows Feower to cast Ability Gammadion Cross.png Gammadion Cross2-hit, 300% Water damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~313,000 per hit).
    Inflict one random debuff.
    At level 55:

    At level 85:

Number of hits increased to 6.
Also removes 1 buff on all foes.
up to four times total in a single turn. This can be used to reroll for a key debuff or dispel stacked buffs that the enemy has built up.
  • Icon Support Skill.png Double Blade Flash10% chance to end skill cooldowns at start of turn.
    At level 90:
Also grants 20% boost to debuff success rate.
grants Feower a 10% chance of resetting all of his skill cooldowns upon using a skill and 20% debuff success rate up. While entirely RNG-based, it can enable more debuff spamming and skill casts.
  • Icon Support Skill.png Fatal WaltzAmplifySeraphic modifier damage against Fire foes by 20%. is another of the Seraphic passives that have become outdated at this point - it does not stack with the Seraphic weapons and thus may as well not exist.

Priorities

Prioritise TA first, followed by DA, then Water ATK. After this your choices are fairly free as he doesn't have many good masteries. His Extended Mastery Support Skill, Debuff Success and ATK (Overdrive) are all good options.
