Priorities

Prioritize Water ATK (★2), followed by DA (★2×2) and CA DMG (★1). Debuff Success is also a good option to ensure Blue Moon200%-300% Water damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~440,000).

At level 55:
Damage increased to 250%-350%.
At level 90:
