Handsome Gorilla/History 2 is a story event.

This event is a continuation of the second and third Challenge Battle cutscenes from Auld Lang Syne 2017.

Illustrated storybooks:
A literary genre that marries words and images.
In recent years, this art form has enjoyed a
spike in popularity among skydwellers of culture.

Romantic storybooks:
A subgenre dedicated to the love between men,
with a smaller—but deeply devoted—following.

To one particular young woman,
this subgenre became her very raison d'etre.
She vowed to one day pen such works herself,
and that resolution would bring her both joy and sorrow...

• The title of this event may be a reference to the real-life gorilla, Shabani, who currently resides at the Higashiyama Zoo in Nagoya, Japan. He gained added fame in 2015, due to being considered 'handsome', 'sexy', 'photogenic', and 'metrosexual'. His residence caused a notable increase in younger female attendance at his zoo.
