Blue Sky Crystal is a rare material that can only be gathered in very limited quantities over time. They are mainly obtained by completing all 3 daily co-op missions.

- Can appear rarely as a Treasure item in event draw boxes
- Drop from Showdowns: Twin Elements Showdown, Macula Marius Showdown, Medusa Showdown, Nezha Showdown, Apollo Showdown, Dark Angel Olivia Showdown, Morrigna Showdown, Prometheus Showdown, Ca Ong Showdown, Gilgamesh Showdown, Hector Showdown, and Anubis Showdown
- Drop from Grand Order, Huanglong and Qilin
- Rare drop from Impossible Nightmare Raids
- Rare drop from Unite and Fight Nightmare bosses
