Amalthea Island is the location for chapters 29-32, 41-44, and 65 of the main quest.

Lore

An island used as headquarters for the Crew of Enforcers' Fourth Fleet, which oversees the Phantagrande Skydom. The entire island belongs to the Fourth Fleet, and almost all of its inhabitants are members of the Crew of Enforcers or are related to the crew and its activities. The area is becoming well-known for second chances, as there are many stories of people who found work here after being captured by the Crew of Enforcers and choosing to turn their lives around.

Key Features

When the Crew of Enforcers established its Fourth Fleet in the Phantagrande Skydom, they transformed the entirety of the originally uninhabited Amalthea Island into their primary base of operations. The massive chalk-white building situated at the island's center serves as the Crew of Enforcers’ Fourth Hall. Spreading out beneath the headquarters is a settlement resembling a castle town, home to the crew's members and associated personnel. With security patrols constantly patrolling the streets, the town is one of the safest places in the entire skydom.

Climate and Environment

It is an island with a stable climate that remains warm year-round. The tiered structure extending beneath the Fourth Hall was constructed to follow the island's original topography when the Fourth Fleet established its base there. The mountain range rising behind the Fourth Hall is known as the Kuruvi Mountain Ridge; its rugged terrain is home to numerous ferocious monsters. It is such a perilous place that even criminals dare not seek refuge there.

Main Inhabitants

The island is also home to the shopkeepers and staff who operate the stores and facilities essential to the daily lives of the Crew of Enforcers. Among them are individuals who were once captured by the Crew of Enforcers and have since atoned for their past misdeeds; thus, the island also serves as a place for their reintegration into society. Within the Crew of Enforcers, a secret popularity contest is held between Monika and Lecia, one that ends with a close finish every time.

Local Specialties and Renown Goods

This island is entirely controlled by the Crew of Enforcers, and as it is not a tourist destination, no souvenirs or similar goods are sold here. Agriculture is virtually nonexistent, and since the island relies on imports from other islands for food and daily necessities, it boasts no local specialties. Nevertheless, it is renowned as a safe haven under the constant, watchful eye of the Crew of Enforcers; as a result, many aspire to make it their home.

Town

Fourth Hall, Crew of Enforcers

This massive chalk-white building immediately stands out in verdant Amalthea. The headquarters for the Fourth Hall of the Crew of Enforcers, who command influence across the skies, is located here. A statue of their first captain stands at its precipice, telling all that a sword is necessary to maintain law and order.

Dikaiosuné Boulevard

Both those seeking aid from the Enforcers and those arrested by them pass through this gate, which is also known as the Gate of Judgement. Whether those who enter the Hall can pass through these gates again with a smile on their face is up to the Enforcers.

Amalthea Residential District

Where the Crew of Enforcers and those connected to them live. Any monsters trying to infiltrate do so under the watchful eye of the Crew of Enforcers' garrison, giving the town its reputation as the safest in the skies.

Kuruvi Mountain Ridge

Most of Althea is covered by these mountains, verdant and green at their base. Ferocious monsters live in the forest, which is off-limits to residents; even escapees from the Hall don't dare enter.
