Priorities

Prioritize Wind Atk Up ★3 x2 and Triple Attack ★3 to improve damage output. Afterwards, you could consider HP ★3 and Evasion ★3 for survivability, but at a lower priority since  The Emerald's WindfallGain The Emerald's WindfallATK, DEF, and multiattack rate are boosted / Bonus Wind DMG effect / Random buff to other wind allies at end of turn (Can't be removed)
