No Rain, No Rainbow is a story event.

This event briefly revisits the plot of previous story events and a Main Quest arc which includes:

Ladiva turns the Grandcypher's
newly discovered subgalley into
an oasis for the crew's night owls.

More than the delicious food and drink,
her crewmates find themselves seeking
Ladiva's sympathetic ear and
loving counsel.

Love is evident in every detail of
the subgalley—now known as Raduga.
Come take a seat at the counter and
tell Ladiva what's on your mind.
