Overview
Altair is a strong support character who provides many useful buffs. However, he requires his 5★ uncap to reach maximum utility, and he lacks a niche outside of providing important buffs and debuffs. As a result, he loses value for players who aren't strong enough to get his 5★ upgrades, or who can fill his role with other characters.
