Charge attack DMG is boosted

C.A. DMG Up boosts the power of a character's charge attack. In most cases, this is a separate buff from C.A. DMG Cap UpCharge attack DMG cap is boosted
unless the in-game description states "Boost to C.A. specs".

About C.A. DMG Up

There are two main types of buffs: turn-based or "(1 time)". Turn-based buffs are typically active for 1-2 turns after the skill is used, but will apply to any number of charge attacks performed during that time. Buffs that have "(1 time)" in their description last indefinitely until used or dispelled, but only works for a single C.A.; a second C.A. on the same turn cannot benefit from the buff.

Most characters with C.A. DMG Up on charge attack do not gain a buff on C.A.; rather, their C.A. damage is modified by other factors, such as a personal stacking buff that increases C.A. damage as its level rises or by inflicting foes with a particular debuff.
