Consume HP is an effect that lowers an ally's current HP, and is commonly seen either as an additional cost to skills or as a way to jump-start and take advantage of Enmity.

There are two main ways HP is consumed:

  • A set percentage based on an ally's max HP, usually worded as consumes caster's max HP. Skills with this effect usually cannot be used unless the caster has the required amount of HP needed.
  • A set percentage based on an ally's current HP, usually worded as sacrifice caster's current hp. Skills with this effect can be used regardless of the caster's HP. If the skill is used while the caster has 1 HP, it will consume 0 HP.

Status Max HP Down Stack.png Max HP is lowered (Stackable / Can't be removed)

Max HP Lowered is a related, self-inflicted debuff that lowers an ally's max HP instead. Different skills will lower max HP by different amounts per stack. The maximum amount a unit's max HP can be lowered is usually 100%. If an ally's max HP is lowered to 100%, they will have 1 HP left.
