Spontaneous Indiscretion / Heavenly Sanction

• Auto-activates the first-slot skill after using a charge attack.
  • Activates even if it is on cooldown, and does not put it on cooldown if it's not already.

Puncture / Perforate

• After level 90, no longer activates twice when below 25% HP.

Freed of Restraint

• Increase normal attack damage by 10% (20% when below 25% HP at Lvl 95), stacking additively with the Seraphic Weapons boost.
  • Like the Seraphic boost, it is applied to the final damage, effectively increasing normal attack damage cap by 10%.
  • Unlike the Seraphic boost, it is not necessary to have Elemental Advantage.
