Shorted is a debuff that prevents characters from gaining charge bar.
- If the source of
ShortedCharge bar is frozen
is a character's skill, the debuff will not be blocked by Veil, but it can be removed with a Clear. - Under ShortedCharge bar is frozen
, skills that grant charge bar will have reduced or no effect. For example:- Amira's Power Within will still reduce an enemy's mode bar, but will not gain charge bar while Shorted.
- Mystic's Splitting Spirit will still drain HP but the MC will not gain charge bar.
- Seofon's Cuore Di Leone will miss and still consume 3 stacks of
SwordshineATK and multiattack rate are boosted based on lvl (Can't be removed)
Multiplier: Perpetuity. - Relic Buster's Limit Burst will consume all
Machine CellConsumed upon normal attacks and using skills (Can't be removed / Max: 5)
and the party will gain
C.A. DMG Up (1 time)Charge attack DMG is boosted
Duration: Indefinite, and
C.A. DMG Cap Up (1 time)Charge attack DMG cap is boosted
Duration: Indefinite, but no charge bar will be gained.
