Charge diamonds don't fill up / Can't use special attacks
Terror is a general name for a local debuff that prevents foes from using special attacks and filling up charge diamonds. It can be considered an enhanced version of the PetrifiedStops enemy's charge diamonds from filling.

About Terror
- Foes afflicted with Terror debuffs:
- do not increase their charge diamonds;
- are unable to use their special attacks;
- will have their HP triggers delayed until the debuff expires.
- Terror debuffs does not remove triggers. It only prevents the activation of triggers while the status effect is active.
- Triggers that ignore
ParalyzedCan't attack
also ignore Terror debuffs - In Battle System 2.0, Terror debuffs and other similar statuses that disable special attacks become status effects that prevent Omens from being displayed.
- However, any special attacks with an Omen currently displayed will activate even if such status effects are applied in the same turn.
