Overview

• Elea is a character that works well in a Charge Attack based team. She can provide Charge Bar +30%Instantly boosts Charge Bar by 30%
  Strength: 30%, which will increase the Charge Attack rate of all Wind allies in the team, while also inflicting the enemy with 10% ATK Down (Stackable / Max: 30%)ATK is lowered (Stackable)
  Strength: 10% (Max: 30%)Duration: 180 seconds and 10% DEF Down (Stackable / Max: 30%)DEF is lowered (Stackable)
  Strength: 10% (Max: 30%)Duration: 180 seconds whenever she uses her own Charge Attack.
• Depending on what the team lacks, she can be placed in different positions to make use of her flexible Support Skills.

• Elea is useful in high difficulty contents, since some bosses are immune to the regular ATK DownATK is lowered

• She is also very useful in a team composition that focuses on achieving One Turn Kill because of her skill damage and debuffs.
• In Battle System 2.0, she is very useful in clearing Omens that place their requirements on Charge Attack or multi-hit.

How to Play

• Elea needs to use her Charge Attack as often as possible, since her Charge Attack will reduce all of her skill cooldowns by 1-turn, which will allow her to use her  Spirited Pep TalkAll Wind allies gain Charge Bar +30%Instantly boosts Charge Bar by 30%
  Strength: 30%.
  When in Chivalrous Blade mode:
  All Wind allies also gain 60% C.A. DMG Up (1 time)Charge attack DMG is boosted (1 time)

Synergy

Classes

• Kengo with Unsigned Kaneshige (Wind) will boost the rate of her Charge Attack.
• Rising Force with Daur da Blao is another alternative if the first option is not available.

Characters

• Charlotta (Grand) can give Charge Bar +15%Instantly boosts Charge Bar by 15%
  Strength: 15% to all allies, which can be casted twice if the battle reaches turn 10 or later.
• Yggdrasil (Wind) can provide Charge Bar Gain UpCharge bar gain is boosted
  based on the number of Typhoon CrestWind magic is amplified (Max: 5 / Can't be removed)

• Katzelia can be used in high difficulty contents that require a defensive playstyle.

Weapons

• Arkab Prior, Windhose, Evanescence, Piercing Galewing, or any weapon that provides Charge Bar +Instantly boosts Charge Bar by
  in their Charge Attack will be a good choice as Main Weapon.
• Ewiyar's Beak, Daur da Blao, and V.A.R.I.S. can boost Elea's skill damage.
• Sette di Spade is a great choice for any Charge Attack based team, but requires multiple copies to work.
• Bon Joie will increase Elea's offensive specs, and also provides Charge Bar +10%Instantly boosts Charge Bar by 10%
  Strength: 10% if it is used as Main Weapon.

Priorities

Prioritize her C.A. Damage and C.A. Damage Cap, followed by Wind ATK. Charge Bar Speed is also an option to increase the frequency of unleashing Charge Attack.
