Detective Conan: Gears of Conspiracy is a collaboration event with the Detective Conan / Case Closed media franchise.

Conan, Ran, Kogorō, and Amuro
agree to playtest Doctor Agasa's
latest puzzle-solving VR game.

The four players venture through a
perplexing mansion together with new
detective friends the entire way.

But the lighthearted fun soon
becomes a game of life and death.

Notable Rewards

  • Damascus Crystals are a good long-term investment given their scarcity outside of events. Obtaining all three is recommended if AP/Elixir consumption is not a concern.
  • Kicking Enhancement Shoes has a EX big boost to Light ATK weapon skill. This weapon is not as good as the other farm-able mainhand melee weapons as it's outclassed by Huanglong Gauntlet and Six-Ruin Fist Sterling. It is worth picking up if you do not have any other Light EX weapons, though. Newer players should obtain at least one copy for to the EX skill until they can obtain better alternatives.
  • Compact Automatic Pistol has a EX big boost to Wind ATK weapon skill. The weapon itself is decent filler, but powerful due to 4★ potential and its second skill which boosts Double Attack rate against foes in Overdrive. This is generally a better mainhand weapon than Tiamat Bolt Omega due to the aforementioned second skill. However, Gunslinger doesn't benefit a lot from this weapon due to its awful 5× Parabellum Bullets slot. Obtaining it is a priority if you don't have any good mainhand Wind guns or Wind EX weapons.

Puzzle Answers

This section contains solutions for all puzzles in this event! Avoid expanding the headers if you don't want the answers to be spoiled!

If you do not want to bother solving puzzles, click Menu at the upper-right corner and select Give Up. You will proceed with the story regardless of the outcome.

Chapter 1-4: "Find all the gears that match this."
Pay careful attention to the spokes, holes, and teeth of the two gears and you will come to the answer 2 5 6 7.
Chapter 2-4: "Figure out the password."
There is a sword, harp, queen, and knight on top with numbers on the bottom. The numbers correspond to the letters in the words. So a 3/5 in the 5 letter word sword would be the letter O. The objective of this puzzle is to spell a four letter word using one letter from each of the four pictures. This leads us to the answer: OPEN.

Note that the second row of numbers spells the word SHUT, which is not the correct answer to the password.

Chapter 3-4: "Press the right pins."
The letters on the X and Y axis are an anagram of the name on the card: Norman Astley. This is the hint to press the pins in order to spell out the name. N/A O/S R/T M/L A/E N/Y are the pin combinations. The N you choose to go with A and Y does not matter.
Chapter 5-3: "Direct the gear."
The left gear must reach the gear on the right by using the chains. The gear hitting a bomb will result in failure. The orientation of four of the chains can be shifted by moving the levers at the bottom.

The correct lever positions are (from left to right): UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP

  • Puzzle #4 currently cannot be completed through the AndApp game client. Cygames recommends completing the puzzle through another game client until the AndApp version is fixed.

  • The English title for Chapter 2 is a reference to Maniac Mansion, a 1987 graphic adventure video game developed and published by Lucasfilm Games.

  • Bourbon is Tōru Amuro's alias.
  • Bow Tie Style Voice Changer is the first gadget created by Doctor Agasa for Conan. By turning the dial on the back, Conan is able to imitate all kinds of voices that he hears.
  • Criminal Tracking Glasses is the eighth gadget created by Doctor Agasa for Conan. These glasses use radar, enabling Conan to track down criminals and locate his transmitters within a 20km radius. The glasses can also be used to track down the location of the Detective Boys Badges.
  • Detective Boys are the pre-adolescent detectives with whom Conan solves the occasional crimes in which he and his Teitan Elementary classmates stumble into.
    • Doctor Agasa created a gadget for them, named Detective Boys Badge. Agasa created these badges for Conan and the rest of the Detective Boys group to use in order to communicate with each other from a distance, much like a set of walkie-talkies.
  • Detective of the East and Heisei Holmes are some of Shinichi Kudō's nicknames.
  • Kicking Enhancement Shoes is the second gadget Doctor Agasa created for Conan. According to Agasa, these shoes use electricity and magnetic fields to stimulate Conan's feet muscles allowing him to kick objects with tremendous power.
  • Silver Bullet is the nickname Vermouth uses to refer to Conan.
  • Sleeping Kogorō is one of Kogorō Mōri's nicknames. "Bloody Idol Case" is the first case he solved while "sleeping." Conan knocked Kogorō unconscious by kicking an ashtray at his head. Conan then used his voice-changing bow tie to imitate Kogorō's voice and solve it.
