Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies - The Astral Artifacts - Chapter 2: Arbitrator's Duplicate - Episode 4

Because Sylph's power is responsible for fomenting conflict, Lucifer asks Cosmos if she intends to eliminate Sylph, which causes Cosmos to feel a tinge of sadness. When Sylph tells Cosmos that she wants to stay with the skydwellers, Cosmos advises Sylph to get people to put their faith in her rather than alma. Time passes, and Sylph is deified—the land and its people will go on to become the kingdom of Feendrache.

Island Warrior 1: Don't back down! Keep fighting! We've got alma on our side!
Island Warrior 2: Seize the primal beast! Break their monopoly on alma!
Soon the entire island is in the grips of hysteria.
Lucifer: The flames of strife have ignited on this island as well...
This beautiful island had been fortunate enough to escape the brutality of the War, but now the cries of violence pain Lucifer.
Cosmos: Mortals have realized that the incredible power of primal beasts isn't only suited for destruction.
Lucifer: Yes. Sylph's compassionate power is meant for healing.
Lucifer: Yet it appears it cannot be produced indefinitely without drawbacks.
Cosmos: Indeed.
Cosmos: The overproduction of alma results in a harmful by-product, which has spilled over into the surrounding areas.
Cosmos: It seems Sylph herself hasn't realized this yet.
Lucifer: Either way, I see no end to the dispute so long as alma production continues.
Lucifer: What do you intend on doing, Cosmos?
Cosmos: ...
Cosmos: As far as the skydwellers and Sky Realm are concerned, the primal beast's unusual power is the source of disruption.
Lucifer: You plan on removing the source then?
Cosmos: If Sylph is the source...
An almost imperceptible wave of sadness ripples over Cosmos's normally impassive face.
Cosmos: Must I remove her?
Cosmos: Primal beast Sylph.
Cosmos decides to make an appearance.
Sylph: Who are you?
Cosmos: I am Cosmos. For all intents and purposes, I am a primal beast like you.
Sylph: You're the first one I've met. There are only mortals here.
Cosmos: Yes, I know.
Sylph: Okay, primal beast Cosmos. Why are you here?
Cosmos: How does the uproar on the island—with you at the center—make you feel?
Sylph: I think it's bad. Too many people get hurt and die. My alma can't heal them in time.
Sylph: When I see people dying, I feel... pain. Here, in my chest.
Cosmos: I understand.
Cosmos: If you wish to stop the fighting, then you have a choice to make.
Cosmos: Either disappear from the island, or cease the production of alma altogether.
Sylph: Without alma, many people will die.
Cosmos: Then you choose to go away?
Sylph: That's a trick question. If I'm gone, I can't make alma anyway.
Cosmos: But if the conflict ends, there won't be any more casualties.
Sylph: I guess so...
Sylph: But I'm not alone here... I can be with lots of people.
Sylph stares at her feet, silent in deep thought. Cosmos's tone softens a bit.
Cosmos: Then remain here if that is what you want.
Sylph: Without making alma?
Cosmos: Although you needn't completely cease production, I advise you to set a limit.
Cosmos: Convince the people to put their faith in you rather than alma. Become a symbol of peace.
Sylph: I'm a symbol of peace?
Cosmos: People will never stop demanding alma as long as you keep giving it away freely.
Cosmos: Alma should be a gift bestowed upon those who endeavor to live in a peaceful land.
Sylph: A gift...
Cosmos: By serving as this land's emblem, you will be revered and loved.
Change has been set in motion.
Influential individuals establish a new kingdom where Sylph is deified.
Its residents follow a creed of peace, knowing that Sylph's divine protection, as well as alma, safeguards them.
Knight: If you'll excuse me, Sylph.
Sylph: ...
From the ashes of conflict grows a kingdom that will become known as Feendrache, a prosperous land blessed by primal beast Sylph.
