Hero's Return - Chapter 2: A Knight's Suffering - Episode 3

Heles and Seruel intend to travel alone around Alster, making announcements regarding Deirdre. Naoise offers to escort the shorthanded siblings. Naturally (Captain) and company volunteer immediately after.

Seruel: My sister and I are leaving to make an official announcement to other parts of the island.
Vyrn: Wait, you're not seriously thinking about goin' out there with just the two of you! There are monsters everywhere!
Heles: We can look after ourselves. We can't drag anyone else along with us when help is so hard to come by.
Naoise: You mustn't rule out the worst case scenario.
Naoise: Though the royal family has fallen, the people still need leaders.
Naoise: I may not be of much help, but please take me with you at the very least.
Vyrn: Hey! Don't you dare forget about us!
Seruel is a crew member

Lyria: That's right! Seruel and Naoise are our friends. Let's help them out, (Captain)!
Seruel: Well, there is a limit to how far we can travel with just the two of us. We could certainly use their help, Heles.
Heles: Very well, although it pains me to say we can't offer you more in the way of a reward.
Vyrn: All right! Now that it's been decided, let's get a move on!

Hero's Return - Chapter 2: A Knight's Suffering - Episode 3: Scene 2

As the crowd listens to another announcement from Heles, someone asks for the reason behind the sudden disappearance of Deirdre. Naoise answers that he is responsible for everything, but Seruel reassures him that all the blame doesn't fall on him.

The party follows the main road out of the castle town and arrives at the next town over.
Heles proclaims her intent to revive Deirdre to the crowd.
Heles: The first step to bringing law and order back to Alster Island is the revival of Deirdre.
Heles: Seruel and I will preside over the revival ceremony.
Her remark causes quite a stir among the crowd. A voice of doubt rises over the din.
Townsman: But, Your Highness... Why did Deirdre disappear all of a sudden?
Naoise: That would be because of... me. I was the one who took Deirdre's life.
Naoise attempts to move to the front of the crowd to answer the man's question.
Seruel, who had been standing next to Naoise, speaks up before he can do so.
Seruel: And the order to vanquish Deirdre came from my own father, King Connor.
Seruel: The ruination of Irestill and the wretched conditions that you all suffer from were ushered in by the foolishness of my father.
Seruel: My sister and I will atone for those sins with the return of Deirdre.
Seruel bows nobly before the crowd. For a second no one makes a sound, but then the crowd erupts into cheers.
Naoise: Seruel...
Seruel: Naoise, my sister and I won't let you take sole responsibility for what happened.
Seruel: I know better than anyone that you've already inflicted enough suffering on yourself over this.
Naoise: ...
Heles: Naoise. Let's move to the next town.
Naoise: Yes, Your Highness!
