Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Filene.

Priorities

Most of her EMPs are quite powerful, so it's recommended to use this build. First take 3★ Support. Then take two 3★ Skill DMG Cap to increase her skill damage potential, followed by 3★ Stamina, and two 3★ Water ATK to round up her performance.
