At first I wondered why I lost Aranan's skill 3 debuffs in 70% so I went and observed. Out of the 2 times I bothered to test (and see) 2 of them had landed all debuffs (atk down/def down/fear/sunlight) I landed them after taking 75% and before 70% (70-75%) After I took 70%, I was left with only Atk down with its actual duration left and sunlight. tldr: UBHL Removed 2 of my local debuffs.

This might mean that local debuffs get dispelled by 70%
From what I'm seeing, it seems to follow the dispel rule of normal debuffs (the debuffs that landed last are the ones dispelled).
- Case Skill 3 Landed last:
- Def down and Fear got dispelled
- Case Skill 3 Landed then one other debuff landed:
- I forgot which got removed but I remember being left with 2 of his local debuffs (Will recheck).
- Case Skill 3 Landed then multiple other debuffs landed
- I kept all his debuffs.
Tested with 50%. 50% Didn't remove any of the local debuffs.
