Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Nemone (Holiday).

Priorities

First, prioritize Stamina 3* and Fire ATK 3* to improve offensive ability. Next take Healing 3* in order to increase the recovery on Nemone's Skill 2, which she uses frequently.
You can spend the rest of her EMP however you like. If you want to improve Nemone's attack, you can invest in TA and DA rates, or if you'd rather improve her survivability, you can invest in HP and Dodge.
