Lecia (Grand)

  • Role: Support
  • Low-health shields give her great Enmity synergy.
  • Can Dispel on Charge Attack for more utility.
  • Weakish early game: Her signature skill is locked deep in the story and can be teamcomp dependent.
  • Powerful effects if you can stack an order up to level 5, although Debuff and Heal can be difficult to build.
  • Attack Orders 5 is very powerful at endgame to push beyond the damage cap.

Overview

SSR Lecia offers a mix of generally useful tools and short bursts of immense power that make her worthy in almost any team.

Weaknesses

  • Dispel on charge attack can be slightly inflexible or difficult to time.
  • Silverwing BlessingAll allies' ATK, DEF, skill DMG specs, skill hit rate, and healing specs are boosted based on Silverwing Blessing lvl (Max: 3 / Can't be removed)
    Duration: Indefinite
requires a minimum of 10 turns to fully stack.

can take some practice to utilize effectively as it takes the entire party's skills and cooldowns into account over the course of the entire battle.
  • Although she enjoys her own party buffs, she has no notable self or internal buffs compared to many other Wind characters.
  • Somewhat click-heavy, which can be unattractive for racing setups.

How to Play

Although text-heavy, Lecia's kit is actually very straightforward. Generally, you want to do the following:

  • Activate  Stalwart CommandGain Issue OrdersIssuing orders (Order type is determined by the first ally skill used)
    Duration: IndefiniteCan't be removed
. Orders lvl rises by 1 depending on the type of skill an ally uses. Skill cooldown set to 1 turn. (Recast skill to end orders.)
On recast: Consume all Order stacks and provide an effect depending on Order type. Skill cooldown set to 3 turns.
    • Use a skill of the orders type you want (eg.  Sonic Boom500% Wind damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~700,000).
Raise Silverwing BlessingAll allies' ATK, DEF, skill DMG specs, skill hit rate, and healing specs are boosted based on Silverwing Blessing lvl (Max: 3 / Can't be removed)
      Duration: Indefinite
      lvl by 1 (Max: 3).
      At level 55:
      Effect enhanced.
      for Attack Orders).
    • Use additional skills of the order type (eg. more Red skills for Attack Orders) to reach Orders lvl 5.
    • Note that Dawnsky EdgeDawnsky Edge lvl rises when an ally uses a skill / When used at lvl 3: Sunrise Sword activates (Can't be removed)
will raise the Orders lvl every 4 skills regardless of type.
Skill cooldown set to 3 turns.
      again to reap the benefits!
  • Use  Sonic Boom500% Wind damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~700,000).
    Effect enhanced.
three times as soon as possible to reach Silverwing BlessingAll allies' ATK, DEF, skill DMG specs, skill hit rate, and healing specs are boosted based on Silverwing Blessing lvl (Max: 3 / Can't be removed)
    Duration: Indefinite
    .
    • Aligning your timing to get an extra Orders lvl when stacking Attack Orders is also advised.
  • Use  First AidRestore 10% of an ally's HP (Healing cap: 1000) and remove 1 debuff.
If ally's HP is below 25%, ally also gains Shield (1000)Next ATK received will be ineffective for a fixed amount
    Strength: 1000Duration: Indefinite
    .
when characters need debuff removal, a modest heal (plus Shield if they have low HP), or simply for a free Dawnsky EdgeDawnsky Edge lvl rises when an ally uses a skill / When used at lvl 3: Sunrise Sword activates (Can't be removed)
stack to build towards your next free nuke.

The major error to avoid is using the incorrect skill type immediately after Stalwart CommandGain Issue OrdersIssuing orders (Order type is determined by the first ally skill used)
Duration: IndefiniteCan't be removed
. Orders lvl rises by 1 depending on the type of skill an ally uses. Skill cooldown set to 1 turn. (Recast skill to end orders.)
On recast: Consume all Order stacks and provide an effect depending on Order type. Skill cooldown set to 3 turns.
, as this requires you to either pursue a different Orders path or wait 4T to try again by recasting it.

Which Orders should I use?

This also gives Lecia incredible synergy with Wind's other burst tools, eg.

Her other Orders are usually more niche, or could be more efficiently accomplished with other characters, but do have uses, especially as they can usually be woven between Attack Orders if necessary.

Healing OrdersIssuing orders (Boost increases with each ally healing skill used)
Can't be removed
Healing Orders offers a respectable amount of healing, and can be activated prematurely (Healing OrdersIssuing orders (Boost increases with each ally healing skill used)
Can't be removed
) if you only care about the debuff removal. It can also be useful in battles where a single section or trigger gives Veil (1 time)Debuffs will be nullified (1 time)

value, but not dedicate a character or skill slot purely to Veil.

Debuff OrdersIssuing orders (Boost increases with each ally debuff skill used)
Can't be removed
Debuff Orders is not generally useful as debuffs will usually be covered from a more conventional source, but can be nifty in an emergency if it can be stacked quickly after other debuffs miss. For short fights, it can also be used as your first order to reach the ATK/DEF Down cap as it stacks with both single and dual-sided ATK/DEF Down.

Buff OrdersIssuing orders (Boost increases with each ally buff skill used)
Can't be removed
Buff Orders is a bit awkward, usually offering less in offense than Attack Orders, and less in defense/sustain than Healing Orders. That said, it does provide two turns of the rare 100% Debuff Res. UpDebuff resistance is boosted
Strength: 100%Duration: 2 turns
, which can block certain things that bypass Veil, as well as providing two immediate turns of coverage versus Veil's single use.

Synergy

  • Due to the nature of her kit, Lecia can synergize with almost anyone, although characters and classes with Attack (Red-bordered) skills usually offer the highest uptime on her Attack Orders.
  • Because she has no internal MA, which is important for fully capitalizing on her powerful echo, she also benefits greatly from external sources of MA.
  • As noted above, any form of assassin represents an enormous multiplicative boost to the potential of Attack Orders when using normal attacks (provided you can actually hit the massively inflated cap).

Priorities

Prioritize Crit, Triple Attack, and the Double Attacks to get Lecia a better chance to fully utilize her buffs. What you do after that is mostly user preference.
