Prioritise Blind success rate with Debuff EMP (★3), then followed by Critical (★3×3) for strength. Optional DA (★2×2) to increase strength, further with little C.A. DMG cap (★2). Not recommended for skill damage cap and Extended Mastery Support Skill due to low benefit.
