Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Izmir.

Priorities

If using Izmir for a CA build it is recommended to take the CA cap nodes first and then the the CA damage nodes. After that, if you want to maximize dame, you can invest two points into to crit nodes each, if you are using her skill1, you can put three points into her debuff success node or if you want her to make her normal attacks to do more damage you can invest into her support skill.
