Story
Society agent and feared drill sergeant, Ilsa is fiercely dedicated to keeping her recruits alive—even if it means pushing them beyond their limits with harsh words and inhumane training. Lying beneath this abrasive exterior, however, is a weakness for romance and sweet treats.

Character Quotes
| Opponent | SideDialogue is based on which side the character is facing. In a mirror match the following order goes from P2 to P1. | Dialogue |
|---|---|---|
| Mirror match | P2 | I see now... You're just a clone sent by those moon bastards, aren't you? A piss poor imitation! |
| P1 | Oh? Have you met me? You might have the look down... but I'm not falling for your cheap parlor tricks! A fake could never... Beat the original! | |
| Gran | P2 | Ilsa: Finally. I've been itching to put you through the wringer, Gran... I just hope you're ready, 'cause it's gonna be hell. That's a guarantee! Gran: Ilsa... Even just standing there, she's terrifying. Lyria: It's just training, right? Vyrn: Hang in there! Gran: I've got this! |
| P1 | Vyrn: Uh-oh... Here comes the sergeant! Don't run away! Lyria: Ilsa! Gran: I'll give it everything I've got! Ilsa: Oh? I can appreciate a humble recruit. But don't play with me. I can tell you've got guts to spare. So Gran... Get it together, maggot! | |
| Djeeta | P2 | Ilsa: It's your lucky day, Captain. I've built a whole new set of drills to bust your ass! Starting now, so get ready! Djeeta: Yes, Ma'am! I promise you won't be disappointed! Vyrn: Oh, I can't watch! Lyria: Good luck! Djeeta: Here I go! |
| P1 | Vyrn: She's as scary as ever. Another day of training, huh? Lyria: Please don't give up! Djeeta: Ready for your instruction, Ma'am! Ilsa: Good. You're finally shaping up to be a real soldier. But... is this what you wanted? All right... At attention! | |
| Katalina | P2 | Ilsa: I hear Albion swordsmen fight with elegance and class. Well, my style's a bit more rough and tumble. C'mon... Let's go! Katalina: Then perhaps I should employ a few more Erste techniques in this bout. Rest assured, I will wield my blade with unwavering resolve. |
| P1 | Katalina: Ilsa. Your severity is one forged by the fires of war. And on my honor, I'll face it with all I have. Ilsa: Ah... You used to be an imperial knight, right? Pretty gutsy, calling yourself a soldier. You might have half a spine. All right... We'll see what you're made of! | |
| Charlotta | P2 | Ilsa: Hate to break it to you, but I'm not exactly what you'd call "pure," or even "righteous"... But proud? You bet! Charlotta: On my honor as a holy knight... I humbly request your instruction, Sergeant—in warzone survival! |
| P1 | Charlotta: You misunderstand! To suggest I would cower behind a crate... I face you with naught but myself! Ilsa: Oh? Aren't you smart. But if you get pinned down behind cover, the enemy's already won. Hide if you want... It's your ass on the line! | |
| Lancelot | P2 | Ilsa: I don't give a rat's ass if your title is Captain of the White Dragons or Private Pretty Boy. No one gets out of boot camp! Lancelot: Ilsa wields Nybeth, that pair of pistols. How they'll fare against my dual blades, we'll have to see. |
| P1 | Lancelot: As someone who is also a leader, I know I have much to learn from your example. Therefore... I ask that we fight not as fellow officers, but as warriors equal and true. Ilsa: So the ice-flinging dual wielder wants to play? La-di-da, you fancy snowflake. Careful now. I'll melt your candy ass! | |
| Percival | P2 | Ilsa: Surprised you don't hold that sword with your pinky out, Lady of Wales. Let's just hope your fancy ass can keep up with me. At least without pissing yourself! Percival: I had heard the stories, yet the venom in your words—it surpasses all expectations. Let us commence. |
| P1 | Percival: The Society's agents have impressed me. I see you've raised them well. Join me. Become my vassal, and you could forge soldiers worthy of an ideal kingdom. Ilsa: Heh. Oh, I'm flattered, princess—save your pretty words for the ballroom. 'Cause out here? We take no prisoners! | |
| Ladiva | P2 | Ilsa: Those love-filled stage fights—duels, right? I sense they share a fundamental truth with a proper training regimen... Come show me first hand! Ladiva: Ah. Au contraire, the way you "whip people into shape" displays three times the love! Honestly, I could learn a thing or two from you. So teach me... I'm all ears. |
| P1 | Ladiva: Oh, honey. Your love shines as bright as day. Words just aren't enough... Actions speak louder. So let's brawl it out right here! Ilsa: No... I'm just a lone instructor, with many cadets under her wing. "Love" is too lofty to describe what I do. The way I see it, at least. That said... Let me thank you! | |
| Metera | P2 | Ilsa: Word has it you're good at more than one kind of prowling. Just keep your wiles away from my pups. Consider this your only warning! Metera: Oh, ma'am, don't get the wrong idea. I wouldn't dare lay a hand on your precious Society cadets. |
| P1 | Metera: Teehee. Two whole pistols? Feels a bit unfair against my little bow and arrow... No? Ilsa: I know all about that magic bow of yours... Arrows that curve at your will; surely a little lead won't be a problem for you. Now then... Fire at will! | |
| Lowain | P2 | Ilsa: Oh? The three little idiots want to train today, do they? Good! Let's begin! Tomoi: Hold. Elsam: The. Lowain: Phone. We didn't enlist or anything... Did we? Elsam: Uh... no? Totally off-brand. Tomoi: My bad, that's on me. I just didn't wanna enlist alone... I'm not tryna fight a war or nothing, but that "intensive training" sounded kinda nice, you know? Lowain: For real? Lemme guess, she reminded you of Freezie. No matter how you swing it, bro, she ain't gonna pick up what you're puttin' down! Tomoi: Bruh, step off! The truth hurts... |
| P1 | Tomoi: One! Elsam: Two! Lowain: Three! Which means... Team Lowain is reporting for duty! Please train us, ma'am—er, drill sergeant, ma'am! Ilsa: Huh? You can't even do a roll call right—you maggots! You're going to hit the latrines and shovel shit till you prove you can! Hear me? Now get practicing! | |
| Ferry | P2 | Ilsa: Your little friends are quite the hell-raisers. Sure, they're adorable, but... I won't be fooled! Ferry: Aww, don't be scared, Nicola. You're all well-behaved—we just have to show her! |
| P1 | Ferry: I'm something of a trainer myself. And we've had plenty of time to practice. So show us what you've got! Ilsa: Hm. I guess that's true. You crack the whip on your troops. Should be fun... To dance with death! | |
| Zeta | P2 | Ilsa: Your body's gotten soft from the time off, so I'll give you a proper drilling. You gonna tuck tail or grit your teeth? Choose wisely, Pupper! Zeta: This takes me back... My hair used to stand on end whenever I heard the sound of your voice! But not anymore! |
| P1 | Zeta: Look who decided to drop in—still keeping tabs on us, huh, Sarge? This pup's got some new tricks! Ilsa: Oh? Pupper's wagging her tail like she's excited. You really want to play that badly? Atten-HUT! Then you play by my rules! | |
| Vaseraga | P2 | Ilsa: The reckless, tough guy shtick? Yeah, that won't cut it. Now move—on the double! Vaseraga: Don't worry, I'd rather not be riddled with bullet holes. Just try to get a bead on me. |
| P1 | Vaseraga: If you command it, I'll see it through. Ready when you are, sergeant. Ilsa: Hmph... Thought I'd hit you upside the head until you got rid of your stupid self-sacrificial tendencies. See? Your sergeant does care—you should feel lucky! Let's do this. Bring it, Armored Chicken! | |
| Narmaya | P2 | Ilsa: They say finding your center is essential before battle, but I've never seen someone actually fall asleep while doing it! Now wake up and face the music! Narmaya: Wait... Ilsa? Sorry for the delay. But now I'm ready. |
| P1 | Narmaya: My blade has no bounds. Ilsa: Really? I'll take my sweet time observing you in that case. Now show me... True mastery! | |
| Soriz | P2 | Ilsa: Spry old bastard, aren't you? I'll give you props for not tucking tail. Just do me a favor here... And keep it in your pants! Soriz: Now listen... A pretty thing like you getting all worked up? And that ferocity of yours—it's got me feeling twenty years younger already! |
| P1 | Soriz: Ah, yes! A tongue-lashing from a tough gal like you? You'd best not threaten me with a good time now! Ilsa: Heh... I'm impressed that my insults bring you such joy, gramps. However, the last thing my troops need is your pervy influence. Get ready... 'Cuz I'll shut your trap myself! | |
| Zooey | P2 | Ilsa: Well, if it isn't the arbitrator herself... I figure if we're both keeping these skies clear, we might as well see if you're worth your stripes. How's that sound? Step up and fight me! Zooey: The Gun of Arbitration? Perhaps this feeling is what you'd call "kinship." Let us begin! |
| P1 | Zooey: Your guns—I sense they have the power to shape strife itself. But can they be trusted in your hands? You must be tested. Ilsa: So... The arbitrator wants to grace me with a personal evaluation. Try me, then. I love a challenge! | |
| Cagliostro | P2 | Ilsa: Heard you've been sticking your nose in Society business, trying to get your grubby mitts on a seal weapon. Just fess up! Who sent you?! Cagliostro: Cagliostro... is here on her own business! Hah! Just hand over the lunar tech. My fingers are itching to unravel its secrets! |
| P1 | Cagliostro: Oooh, Ilsa! Can I see those shiny blasters, just for a second? Ilsa: Uh. Not suspicious at all. Sorry... That's a negatory! | |
| Yuel | P2 | Ilsa: Okay... So your plan's to whirl and twirl around my bullets? Be my guest—let's dance! Yuel: Don't go disrespectin' the nine families, ya hear? I'll hop right around your bullet storm! |
| P1 | Yuel: That's weird... Aw, shoot! Those gold critters are just too darn quick for me sometimes, y'know? Hey, think you could put those irons to work here? A good ol' "Freeze!"—that ought to do the trick! Ilsa: You let your mark slip away already? A fox that can't even catch a shrimpy little slime... That's what happens without proper training! Ready? Class is in session! | |
| Anre | P2 | Ilsa: So... why exactly would the founder of the strongest crew in the Sky Realm have business with me? Tell me what you're after! Anre: So then. You're a commander of sorts in that "Society," was it? Very good. Instruction involves correction; it mustn't be taken lightly. Therefore, I'd like to test your conviction. |
| P1 | Anre: As far as I'm aware, The Society has never posed a threat to the skies. And yet... I'm rather intrigued by the weapons you wield. I hope you'll indulge me with a trial. Ilsa: Sigh... Wow, you remind me of the top brass... A bunch of damn idealists through and through. Just remember. Your words carry weight! | |
| Eustace | P2 | Ilsa: I won't pull any punches. So come for the jugular—I'm ready! Bring it—no holds barred! Eustace: For a hellish drill sergeant, you've lost your edge. I just hope I can't say the same for your aim. |
| P1 | Eustace: Way back during our boot camp days, people would often compare the two of us. Ilsa: Yeah? You must think I've lost my bite, just because they've got me barking orders now. Fair enough. Let's test that theory! | |
| Seox | P2 | Ilsa: That mask reminds me of a certain chicken shit I know. If you're a real soldier, face me like one. Let's see your fangs! Seox: Big words... Judge me if you want. You'll change your tune after you see my technique. Let's do this! |
| P1 | Seox: The Gun of Arbitration, huh? My usual approach with Tien might not work the same here... Ilsa: Well, it's an honor to be compared to a gunslinger of that caliber. Rest assured... I sure as hell won't disappoint! | |
| Vira | P2 | Ilsa: You transform... by binding yourself to a primal beast? Can't say that I understand, but I won't pry further. Long as I can go full force! Vira: I see. And yet you bear a weapon imbued with an automagod... Very well, I accept—and I shall spare no effort whatsoever. Hahaha! |
| P1 | Vira: Tough love? A rather nostalgic phrase... It recalls a time that belonged to just the two of us... Oh, Katalina! Ilsa: What? People have time to daydream before a match now? Incredible stuff, the sheer privilege of it all. Well wake up! I'm coming at you full force! | |
| Anila | P2 | Ilsa: (What's with the petting zoo over there? Are they combat sheep?) But how? I need answers! Anila: You might play the bad gal with your prickly words, but even you can't resist the magic of floof! |
| P1 | Anila: Oh, Ilsa! I've been wool-gathering about a new way to train... What if I brought in my fluffy flock to help? It's shear genius! Ilsa: Hm... You mean to say... Training with cuteness over discipline? I can see it. The best morale boosters are often unorthodox. Okay then. Let's have a trial run! | |
| Siegfried | P2 | Ilsa: Look at you, standing tall like the perfect knight—all grace and refinement. Anyway, let's get to it! Siegfried: It's an honor to receive your praise, sergeant. And truth be told, the old me was anything but "refined." |
| P1 | Siegfried: Frankly speaking, I've been looking forward to our duel for some time. I know you forge legends, Sergeant Ilsa. Ilsa: I don't care if you slay dragons or dingleberries—you're getting the cadet treatment! Get ready... For your worst nightmare! | |
| Grimnir | P2 | Ilsa: You call yourself a god, but guess what? Your tempest is about to meet my thunder—down here you'll address me as "Ma'am"! Now, maggot—am I clear?! Grimnir: (What in the skies could I have done to make her so mad? Maybe it's best to do what she says to ease the tension...) Ma'am! Yes, Ma'am! Come! |
| P1 | Grimnir: No mere bullet... could ever hope to pierce my maelstrom! Steel yourself, and dare your worst! Ilsa: Huh... I'll admit it takes some backbone to not cower before the Gun of Arbitration. But still, I'm only gonna say this once. When you address me... You call me "Ma'am"! | |
| Nier | P2 | Ilsa: Careful, girl. That primal beast behind you reeks of danger. Get back—for your own good! Nier: How dare you... Don't talk about Death like that. If you won't leave us alone... Well... You're gone. |
| P1 | Nier: Don't look at me like that... You're scaring me... Let's get rid of her... Okay? Ilsa: Hmph. Ever consider that you might be that beast's puppet? Sorry, but... I can't ignore this! | |
| Beelzebub | P2 | Ilsa: You smell that? It's a whole shit storm. I'm guessing you're the asshole who stirred it up in the first place! Back to the cess pit with you! Beelzebub: Such laughable words from an insolent wasp... You can buzz to your heart's content beneath the skies! |
| P1 | Beelzebub: So you're the one who trains the flies? What could ever crawl from minds so pitiful? Wretched insects, destined to flit about without question! Ilsa: Flies this, flies that... Is that all you can say? I've seen more creative insults from a damn toddler! You need your binky? Suck on this bullet— Suck it straight to hell! | |
| Belial | P2 | Ilsa: Been itching to show a lowlife like you some "hospitality." I hope you're hungry... For a face full... of pure lead! Belial: Wow, don't mind if I... Oops. You're holding out on me, aren't you? Drench me in your bullets and let me taste true agony already... Or do I need to beg. |
| P1 | Belial: I love a lady with some fight in her. Don't pull a single punch. It's a hundred times better when it hurts. Ilsa: Heh... I should've known nothing worthwhile would come out of that ass you call a mouth. All bark and no bite. Pathetic... Get ready to kiss the ground! | |
| Avatar Belial | P2 | Ilsa: Been itching to show a lowlife like you some "hospitality". I hope you're hungry... For a face full... of pure lead! Avatar Belial: Hide behind those nasty words all you want. They'll never hide the fear in your heart. Hahaha... |
| P1 | Avatar Belial: If you died here, do you think your little trainees would mourn you? Just imagine how fun it'd be if I came in for seconds at your funeral service. Ilsa: Heh... I should've known nothing worthwhile would come out of that ass you call a mouth. All bark and no bite. Pathetic... Get ready to kiss the ground! | |
| Lucilius | P2 | Ilsa: You talk a pretty big game—for an old head attached to some dusty corpse! Don't make me laugh! Lucilius: A gun from the moon... Skydwellers always make the peskiest toys. Perish. I've no time for your games. |
| P1 | Lucilius: I care not where you've found your weapons. You and your merry band of fools... All shall perish. Ilsa: Ha! You can lead a shithead to knowledge but you can't make 'em think... How would you like that for your epitaph? Now turn around. So I can kick your ass right back to hell! | |
| 2B | P2 | Ilsa: Heard you've been sniffing around our seal weapons... Tell me, who sent you? Pod 042: Alert! Massive energy signature detected. 2B: Code Name: Devil Sergeant... Her weapon is giving off significant readings. Commencing recon. |
| P1 | Pod 042: Alert! Massive energy signature detected. Processing... 2B: Cover me. Ilsa: So it's true that you're actually from the moon then? Your uniform isn't one I've seen before—and your tech reeks of contraband. Either way... You're coming with me! | |
| Vane | P2 | Ilsa: Heard the White Dragon's regimen is hell—but training's only worth a damn if it sticks. Let's see if you can actually fight! Vane: Lancey and I put it together, together! Hope it lives up to your crazy expectations! Let's go! |
| P1 | Vane: Vane, vice captain of the White Dragons, reporting in! Looking forward to your instruction today, Ma'am! Ilsa: That was a sorry excuse for a hustle. My damn ice cream's melting and so's my patience! You're gonna pay... With blood, sweat, and tears! | |
| Beatrix | P2 | Ilsa: Haven't seen you for drills lately. I just hope you haven't lost your edge. Sword up! Move it, Hellcat! Beatrix: You’re not the only one who’s been to hell and back, you know—and I’ve got the stars to prove it too, just watch! |
| P1 | Beatrix: Ready for ya, Sarge! And you'd better not miss, 'cause I don't wanna hear you cry after I beat you silly! Ilsa: Heh... Spare me the trash talk, Hellcat. I haven't forgotten how you used to beg for mercy on our "endurance runs." Better stretch... It's a long run home for you! | |
| Versusia | P2 | Ilsa: There are no gods in war. You're just a destroyer—a threat to these skies... and my next target! Now rest in peace! Versusia: Valor, but stern and violent. You are bound by the fate of arbitration; and thus shall reflect upon your impotence. |
| P1 | Versusia: O mortal, bound by the moon's causality. When the fated hour arrives, how will you respond? Embrace the flame; melt into void. Ilsa: Huh. Does the petty god need an offering? Go on, tell me what you're craving. Maybe I should make my specialty? A full course... Of eat shit and get lost! | |
| Vikala | P2 | Ilsa: Divine Rat Vikala, Guardian of the North. I was honored to receive an invitation to your show, so... Get out here and sing! Vikala: N-no way, no way, no way, no way! There's no way I'll survive Ilsa's crazy drills! Unless... I become someone else! Cue... Lights! Welcome to the ratdom of Utopia, where dreams do come true! You ready for me? |
| P1 | Vikala: Join the platoon! Let the good times begin! How's life in the Society? I could do a trial membership, change it to utopia for ya! Ilsa: Oh? I love an enthusiastic recruit. But you'll need a standard-issue helmet—that means the dumbass ears come off! No exceptions! Not even for you! | |
| Sandalphon | P2 | Ilsa: What's the best way to motivate maggots? Call 'em "pieces of shit." Short, simple, and straight to the point! Now let's hear you say it! Sandalphon: I just wanted to learn how to be a better guide and mentor. Perhaps action will speak louder than words. |
| P1 | Sandalphon: You've taken many under your wing, as befits your position. If there is some secret for bolstering camaraderie, I would like to hear it. Ilsa: Oh? Is the Supreme Primarch having trouble in the ranks? Let's see... The carrot and stick approach has always worked for me. But to be clear... The bigger the stick, the better! | |
| Galleon | P2 | Ilsa: So, you want to see me push Nybeth to the limit... You Dragons truly don't know the meaning of fear—I respect that. Just remember... You asked for it! Galleon: Acknowledgement. (Indeed. I wish nothing more than to check the bounds of mortal capability.) |
| P1 | Galleon: Leadership. (That fire within your eyes... It reveals the path you have traveled thus far.) Ilsa: Oh? The Six Dragons have some sharp instincts. But how do you measure up in a real fight? Let's find out. Draw your weapon! | |
| Wilnas | P2 | Ilsa: Not every day the vermillion dragon asks for you by name... State your business! Wilnas: The human with the flaming spear has shown me the ways of heat control! What say you, then? Have a bite! |
| P1 | Wilnas: I hear you bear the rank of grill sergeant! Perhaps you can impart upon me the methods of mortal cuisine? I am eager... Most eager! Ilsa: Hm. It's true, drill sergeants provide instruction. But recipes? Way out of my comfort zone. Wait a sec... GRILL sergeant?! | |
| Meg | P2 | Ilsa: Auguste, huh? A trip might actually be nice... If I could get the time off. Too bad duty never sleeps! Mari: Can't wait to see you— Meg: You should apply for temporary leave right after this fight. If we don't make time to rest, no one will make it for us. Mari: (I don't know who you are, lady, but spare us the sob story. Meg has it way rougher than you'd ever—) Meg: You too. Mari: What? Meg: Make some time! Mari: I love you! |
| P1 | Meg: You're a drill sergeant, right Ilsa? Please teach me how to become stronger! Ursula: Sharrrk! Mari: And you can count on me, Meg—I'll be with you every step of the way! Ilsa: Oh? Nice spirit—I'll take it! My drills aren't for little piss babies, and I won't tolerate giving up. Am I clear? Now prove yourself! | |
| Id | P2 | Id: Couldn't ask for a better partner to help polish my technique, and they say you're the best. So do your worst, Sergeant. I insist. Ilsa: Look, you seem nice—a bit straightforward, but I'm guessing you just haven't heard of me. That's fine. You'll learn soon enough! |
| P1 | Ilsa: I've dealt with my share of brooding deviants, so spare me the monster pity party. You might doubt your humanity, but you're in luck. I'll straighten you out—right here! Id: I never meant to offend. Sorry. Teach me everything you know. |

| Generic | Dammit! What the hell were you doing? Were you trying to die out there? Just make sure you learned your lesson. |
| Absolutely hopeless... A damn joke is what you are! Well... You did show some potential. | |
| Pathetic! At least put up a fight before you shit your pants! And get some rest after you're done wiping your ass. | |
| Beelzebub | Aww... All tuckered out already, you big baby?! |
| Belial | How's that for a reality check, you damn bloodsucker?! |
| Avatar Belial | |
| Lucilius | I've got your "grand finale" right here, shithead! |
| Versusia | Quit your belly aching, and get your ass back up! The captain's... waiting for you. |

| Generic | Took a bit longer than expected... But that's a wrap, soldier. |
| What did you expect? Maggots don't listen to a weak leader. | |
| Not quite up to spec, but... You've got potential. | |
| Beelzebub | Target acquired. Threat neutralized. |

| Mirror match | Moon clones can perfectly replicate someone down to their memories, but... Yeah, no doubt that "thing" I just fought was really me. Shit... the hell is going on here? |
| Gran | Hope you're not taking it easy just because we're training, private. I know you can hit hard in a real fight, so step it up! Or do you need me to knock some grit into you? |
| Djeeta | Just as I thought—sharp instincts. Not bad at all. I can see why there was a whole movement to get you into the Society. You've got a presence that's hard to ignore—a real force of nature. |
| Katalina | Your defense is tougher than Armored Chicken's, and your skill's pretty damn sharp—almost as sharp as Eustace's. Hell, I'm tempted to drag you into my ranks right now. |
| Charlotta | Damn... How much discipline did it take to get to where you are now? I'd ask for your regimen, but I'm afraid it'd break my troops before breakfast. |
| Lancelot | You fight dirtier and hit harder than expected. Your blades are fast, but it's your ice-cold judgment that really bites. If the rest of the White Dragons move like you do, I sure as hell wouldn't want to deal with them on any battlefield. |
| Percival | I see why they call you the Lord of Flames—your flames were pretty damn impressive. I'll rescind what I said earlier about you being a princess, but I don't intend on becoming anyone's vassal. |
| Ladiva | Dumbasses like to reduce my methods down to "tough love." But I've got nothing on you, Ladiva. This duel taught me plenty—and for that, I'm grateful. |
| Metera | If I had even just a shred of her damn wiles, I might actually have some luck at love. One of these days I'll sit her down and get some pointers. |
| Lowain | A sloppy, mindless barrage... at first glance. But if this controlled chaos is a part of your strategy, that's pretty damn terrifying. Not knowing your next move made you one hell of a threat, I'll give you that. |
| Ferry | You and your pets all in one piece, Ferry? It wasn't my intent to harm the animals. Even though we were just training, I might've gotten a little carried away. |
| Zeta | Too soon to be tapping out, Pupper! You've got plenty of room to toughen up. Shit, get Hellcat in here too—I'll run both your sorry hides through the wringer until you remember what real training feels like! |
| Vaseraga | Even you've got to have a limit to your reckless bullshit. Those scars might be badges of honor to you, but how about showing a little restraint? Do that, and maybe I'll bump you up to "Armored Rooster." |
| Narmaya | The moment you let the butterfly's graceful dance distract you, you're as good as finished. A blur of ethereal wings, followed by a deadly flash of steel... You're a goddamn master. |
| Soriz | Compared to the senile maggots I've dealt with among the top brass, seeing you still have enough vigor to chase skirts is strangely reassuring. Stay sharp, old-timer. |
| Zooey | So you're the one who keeps the balance in the skies? Well, I'm not gonna sit on my ass and leave the whole damn thing to the Primal Beasts. We protect these skies side by side, and that means everyone does their share—together. |
| Cagliostro | I know I can count on you when it matters, but spare me the cutesy act. Keep playing the troublemaker and I'll keep treating you like one. |
| Yuel | Seeing your usual shenanigans, it's easy to forget—yours is the power that brought down the nine-tailed fox. The fact that your dances and swordplay are self-taught is nothing short of awe-inspiring. |
| Anre | I've dealt with all sorts of worthless maggots among the top brass, so don't take it personally if I'm not exactly impressed by another so-called charismatic leader like yourself. |
| Eustace | I never gave a shit about beating you or losing to you, but I've gotta admit—putting this whole mess to bed feels pretty damn satisfying. |
| Seox | Got this grunt who's gonna get herself killed charging in to play hero for everyone else. Stupid, right? ...Why'd you drop your gaze? Don't tell me you pull the same kind of crap! |
| Vira | So, Nybeth's rounds pack enough punch to mess up even a primal beast like Luminiera, huh? That's some valuable intel you've provided me. Now then—shall I escort the lady back to her ship? |
| Anila | Training with the power of... fluff? Armored Chicken and Eustace prancing around with a bunch of cute and fluffy critters... Gives me the creeps just thinking about it. |
| Siegfried | That right there was pure Dragon Slayer grit. And it looks like your blade's only gotten meaner with age. If only my sorry bunch of maggots had half your edge. |
| Grimnir | I figured you were just full of hot air at first, but you get passing marks for now. It seems that the "God of War" title might actually have some merit. Come see me later and I'll let you have some of Hellcat's rations. |
| Nier | So only a Primal Beast would show you any affection, huh? I've witnessed my share of shitshows and trainwrecks, but your story... Hell, it's a tough one to stomach. |
| Beelzebub | Crawl back to the Crimson Horizon and go find your mommy. Discipline's not enough to fix you—someone ought to beat some damn morals into that head of yours. |
| Belial | "The Fallen Angel of Cunning"? That's a pretty fancy title for someone who talks like a depraved rat. Now crawl back into whatever shithole you came out of like the rat you are! |
| Avatar Belial | |
| Lucilius | Listen up, maggot. You, the moon, and every other arrogant piece of trash look down at us skydwellers like we're shit—and look where that's got you. Maybe now you'll think twice before underestimating us again. |
| 2B | So you're actually a damn automaton, huh? If they start cranking out more like you, it could be a real headache for the Sky Realm—one I sure as hell won't ignore. |
| Vane | Not only do you swing that thing with ease, you show great potential as a loyal lapdog... I'd certainly welcome someone like you into our ranks, but I doubt Lancelot would let you go so easily. |
| Beatrix | Don’t get cocky, Hellcat! Drop your guard in battle, and this is what happens! How many times do I need to hammer this through that thick skull of yours? |
| Versusia | You might've had some grand delusions of justice, but isn't there something more important that you're forgetting? Come on, Rein... You remember, don't you? |
| Vikala | Three rupies for a pair of rat ears, huh? Is there any chance I could purchase them somewhere a little more... discreetly? |
| Sandalphon | Even the supreme primarch has to deal with chain of command, huh? I guess some things are just inevitable in life. |
| Galleon | It felt like I was covered in the warmth and protection of your gaze the whole time... but there's no denying your strength. I'm glad we're on the same side—you'd be a nightmare to face as an enemy. |
| Wilnas | Who the hell taught you heat control, you damn overcooked lizard?! Burn the meat to a crisp and you've got nothing left to chew on, let alone anything to learn from! Keep that fire low and steady. Am I clear?! |
| Meg | Your story doesn't make a lick of sense, but I know the makings of a trained soldier when I see one. Who taught you? Huh? What do you mean, "a correspondence course"?! |
| Id | You've got the grit for battle, but everything else? Complete disaster. That's it... You and me, one week of boot camp! I'll hammer some people skills into that thick skull of yours myself—whether you like it or not! |
