Overview

Noa is a unique and powerful support character, filling the role of a buffer and a debuffer. Due to this he fits on a variety of teams, but is most powerful on teams which are hitting C.A cap and can generate charge bar quickly.

Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Noa (Grand).

Priorities

Prioritize Light ATK ★3, C.A. DMG ★3, and Critical ★3 to greatly increase Noa's damage. Next, take Extended Mastery Support Skill ★3. It only has a chance to activate, but since Noa has long skill cooldowns it's useful to have a 2-3 turn cooldown reduction.

After that, choose according to your needs. Charge Bar, DEF, and HP are candidates for increasing Noa's stability in long battles.
