  • The cut to skill cooldown only triggers when the MC uses skills with a yellow or green border which target Anthuria or all allies.
    • The skill does not have to actually heal or grant a buff.
    • Skills with other border colors do not trigger the cut to skill cooldown, even if they provide a buff or a heal.
    • Auto-activated skills and non-MC skills do not trigger this support skill.

Extended Mastery Support Skill
