Xeno Vohu Manah Clash is one of the Xeno Clashes, which award items to trade for Xeno weapons and summons.

For New Players

Xeno Vohu Manah Clash is primarily for obtaining Xeno weapons. Xeno weapons have a Massive EX ATK weapon skill. For newer players, even a 0★ copy of a Xeno weapon is a strong addition to most grids.

As grid pieces, Xeno weapons from this event are inferior to Yggdrasil's Bough with its Unworldly EX ATK, so players with limited resources are recommended to prioritize the weapon more likely to see use as a main weapon.

True Judgement Lyre is a healing-focused harp. Its unique skill only works for Superstar and Elysian, but the charge attack effect is good enough that it is still useful for Lumberjack and other harp-wielding classes.
Last Sahrivar is a defensive weapon suited for late-game fights that inflict random or superior element damage due to its Water SwitchElemental DMG from foes turns into water DMG

Other Rewards

Seal of the Judicious Divine is a Crucible Seal Wonder which provides bonuses to Earth characters except in Unite and Fight. The effects can be turned on or off in the Wonders tab of the Supplies page.
Tribunal Thunder has use as a main weapon for classes that require a gun, as well as niche use in Titan-based grids that require a little extra HP. It is available at all times from the Normal Showdown shop, making it a very low priority in the Xeno shop.
Vohu Manah is an older summon with a weak aura and call. It is available at all times from the Normal Showdown shop, making it a very low priority in the Xeno shop.
Xeno Vohu Manah has a strong Elemental ATK boosting aura if the weapon requirements can be met, and comes with a decent elemental ATK boost on call.
