Important Reminder! Not all setups below will have weapons, characters, or summons that you have, so it's important to test any setups using whatever is available to you. This form of testing is how many Omega setups are created in the first place! Unfortunately, it's unrealistic to list every possible grid permutation and account for every player's inventory.
Seraphic Weapons and Ultima Weapons
In most standard situations, replacing the Ultima weapon in a setup with the respective Seraphic Weapon is fine. Just be sure to keep in mind any damage cap losses from the 2nd key that may be important for pushing certain thresholds.

Necessary weapons to run certain setups. You may be able to run with fewer copies, but these are strongly recommended.
Omega Earth's Exalto weapon, boosting Omega Earth weapon skills by 20% per copy up to a max of 100%.
3 copies is typically enough for most standard grid setups.
More copies can be used to satisfy Pendulum of Extremity's skill requirement and other weapon skills that require a boost of 280% or more in single-sided summon aura boost setups. See #Exalto & Aura Boost for more information on how to utilize different number of copies.
This weapon should always be in a grid when fighting at an elemental advantage because of its 23% damage amplify.
Replaced by 5★ Ultima Weapons with Gauph Key Tria or when using characters that provide a party-wide Seraphic passive like Yggdrasil's Anima AeternusAmplifySeraphic modifier damage against Water foes by 20%. Celestial Weapons are an incredibly potent weapon slot because of their mixed Normal and EX modifiers along with additional damage cap up, HP, DEF, and multiattack boosts.
Change the Celestial weapon type depending on the proficiencies in your party or for Voltage II synergy if your party is too spread out.
Additional Weapons
Weapons that provide a lot to a grid if you have them, but don't make up the core grid.
Used for higher difficulty raids as it gives a bit of healing cap and defense at lower HP values.
The medium boost to triple attack sees a lot of value in raids like Hexachromatic Hierarch and Dark Rapture Zero for omens that require multiple triple attacks.
Not having an attack modifier limits how many is ideally run in a grid.
Becomes a solid defensive grid piece to slot alongside Harp of Renunciation once fully upgraded.
Can be equipped in Extra Grid Slots to free up space in the main grid for other important grid pieces.
Abyss TelumaWater DMG reduction to all allies or Oblivion TelumaAmplify allies' DMG against non-elemental foes by 10%. are equipped depending on the content it is used in.
These weapons can serve as filler for otherwise better weapons. Keep some copies around in case you may need them in the future, otherwise fodder the rest.
A very strong option when more defense is desired over offense.

Burst Setups
These setups aim to deal large amount of damage in as few turns as possible or in a short amount of time. These setups are typically used for farming raids with a minimum Blue Chest honors requirement or competing in Unite and Fight events.
